RESERVATIONS
It is extremely difficult to try and estimate how many members and guests will be in attendance from meeting to meeting, and plan accordingly. Therefore we must ask you to give us the courtesy of a phone call to let us know if you will be attending a meeting, or any event. For meetings and golf playdays, please call our Executive Secretary, no later than Friday before the scheduled event. Please help out in this matter and make your reservations accordingly.

 

PROPER DRESS
Proper dress is required at all meetings and golf playdays. Most all golf courses have a dress code of no jeans, and you must wear a collared shirt. We have adopted this dress code since the majority of our meetings are at golf courses, and once again, if you wish to be treated as a professional, it helps to dress and look the part.

 

3 MEETING RULE
The 3 meeting rule simply means that you must have attended at least 3 meetings or golf playdays to compete in the Annual Superintendent’s Championship Golf Tournament.

 

If you do not attend a combination of 3 meetings or golf playdays, you can still play in the tournament, but are not eligible to compete for the trophies or prizes. Please note:  The annual meeting in conjunction with the championship tournament, or any GCSAA nationally sponsored seminar, can be counted as your 3rd attended meeting.
